William has a background in journalism and has extensive experience working in investigations across a variety of jurisdictions.
His recent casework includes evidence-gathering in support of complex and high value fraud and corruption disputes spanning Europe, the Middle East, sub-Saharan Africa and South-East Asia.
Notably, William has worked on the successful enforcement of a multimillion-pound UNCITRAL award against a European conglomerate. His experience also includes asset-tracing investigations across Latin America, the US and the Caribbean for which he has gathered evidence in support of Norwich Pharmacal Orders and §1782 discovery applications.
William began his career in broadcast journalism with an emphasis on world news and current affairs. He transitioned to corporate investigations in 2017, first working for a London-based firm where he specialised in due diligence, and latterly as a private consultant in Lisbon. William has lived across Europe and Latin America and is fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and French.
