On the 7 March, Raedas hosted their fourth annual Women in Disputes event ‘”Investigating wellbeing”: a practical discussion with nutritionist Holly Dunn’.
Disputes work is by nature high pressure, fast paced, and stressful. Whether as individuals or as a team, we are regularly faced with challenges surrounding our individual and collective wellbeing, and know all too well that there is no such thing as a ‘stress panacea’. How can we cut through the noise of the wellbeing industry, and separate the fads and ‘quick fixes’ from science-backed, effective solutions?
Chaired by Raedas director Isabel Asquith and featuring expert nutritionist Holly Dunn, the session dismantled some of the myths often touted by the wellness industry and explored the science behind common wellbeing challenges – from chronic fatigue to burnout. Combining a scientific and practical perspective, Holly provided daily tips and longer-term solutions for ourselves and our teams.
