Director

Candidates will have managed a range of disputes investigations. Ideally including investigations other than pre-transactional due diligence or integrity related projects. We undertake a large number of international asset searches and will expect candidates to be able to discuss strategy and methodology as well as demonstrating expertise in this area.

Associate Directors will have three to five years’ experience in investigations. Responsibilities will include: preparation of client proposals and deliverables; management of project billing and case profitability; taking on delegated internal projects.

Directors will have four to six years’ experience in investigations. Successful candidates will be able to develop case strategies and be comfortable presenting these to clients. Responsibilities will include: conversion of opportunities and preparation of deliverables to client ready standard.

Senior Directors will have five to eight years’ experience in investigations and the ability to autonomously manage large cases with minimal partner involvement. Responsibilities will include: business development and converted sales; client relationship management; and, team leadership.
