Lucinda is Raedas’ Operations Manager. She plays a key role in keeping the company running day-to-day. She manages the office and supports the team across all areas of administration, recruitment, event planning, and IT.

Before joining the company, she spent a decade managing equestrian facilities in Ireland and the UK, while also running her own successful equestrian business.
